The UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body (CEDB) has announced the following decisions:

Match: UEFA Champions League group stage match between Paris Saint-Germain and FK Crvena zvezda (6-1), played on 3 October in France.

Charges against Paris Saint-Germain

- Setting of fireworks – Art. 16 (2) of the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations
- Crowd disturbances – Art. 16 (2) DR
- Late kick-off – Art. 11 (2) (h) DR
- Improper conduct of officials – Art. 11 (2) (h) DR

Decision:

The UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided:

- to appoint a UEFA Ethics and Disciplinary Inspector to conduct an investigation with regard to the incidents (involving supporters) reported at the occasion of the match Paris Saint-Germain vs FK Crvena zvezda on 3 October 2018.
- to fine Paris Saint-Germain €20,000 for the late kick-off.
- to warn the Paris Saint-Germain coach Thomas Tuchel for the late kick-off.
