Kao sto su mnogi od Vas citali na forumu u vezi odlaska mladih iz nase drzave u inostranstvo, odlucio sam postaviti pitanje da vidim da li je iko, tko to zeli, spreman da dodje raditi u najvecoj i najstarijoj IT kompaniji u svijetu, a koja ima svoj poseban odjel stacioniran u Ceskoj Republici, tacnije u gradu Brnu. Ne garantujem, ali pocetna plata, zavisno od stepena znanja i dojmova sa intervjua, bi trebalo da starta od 600 eura, pa navise, ali to zavisi samo od Vaseg umjeca. Posla ima, vjerujte mi, ali i ovdje polako smiruju situaciju, pa ce dovoditi nove ljude samo u slucaju da neko napusti firmu ili ako se pokrene novi projekt. Grad je prelijep, gradski prijevoz je jeftin i tacan, a dostupan u cijelom gradu, tako da nema sanse da ne mozete negdje otici bez auta. Hrana je mnogo jeftinija nego u Bosni, tako i pice, jer se ovdje ispijanje piva racuna kao nacionalni sport, pa je stvarno kvalitetno i jeftino. Sve je odlicno, jedino je tesko naci stan, posto je studentski grad, a i dosta stranaca dolazi raditi u raznim kompanijama, pa je ogromna potraznja. Inace, kompanija vam obezbjedjuje povoljno smjestaj prije dolaska i tu mozete ostati koliko god zelite, ali preporucavam da nadjete svoj stan, jer cete inace zivjeti sa strancima iz cijelog svijeta, a znaju biti extremno neugodni, vjerujte mi na rijec. The main role of the SWD team is to provide a software distribution production environment for a customer. The distributions are provided via specialized mass distribution tools such as IBM Tivoli Configuration Manager or Microsoft Systems Management Server and the distribution environment usually comprises of a mixture of AIX and Windows platforms. The distribution tasks have to be coordinated in accordance with the customer's needs. High performance is the goal here so the distribution processes are closely monitored. In case of infrastructural or endpoint failures the operators have to correctly identify the problems and assign them to the appropriate support teams. There are usually sets of inter-team (scripted) tools so for highly skilled operators there is a possibility of maintaining or even upgrading these tools.
How do we imagine the ideal candidate?
Being self supporting with enthusiasm for work. As you would work in multinational environment with over 70 nationalities, having strong social skills and willingness to cooperate in a team is crucial. You will perform written as well as spoken communication on daily basis and we expect high level of communication skills where English is a necessity.
