If you’re a terminal year student or Master student in any Balkan university, you can apply online to P&G Spring Seminars 2008.
Our participants leave this year to Prague, Geneve or Bucharest for a week of trainings, business simulations and team building activities.
All costs are covered by P&G – all you need to do is apply!


P&G Business Week is a business simulation based on day to day realities in Procter & Gamble. You will launch a new brand, answer to market changes or create a new pricing strategy for one of our brands. You will work in a team, in a competitive environment, and at the end you will present your solution to P&G Leadership team. This year the seminar will be in Bucharest, and we will select 20 to 25 participants, from all Balkans countries (Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro, Moldova, Albania, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina).

Another program P&G organizes for students is European Financial Leadership Seminar. The spring edition of this program will take place in Geneva and will last for 1 week. At the end of the seminar, several students will be hired or will receive internships in various subsidiaries of P&G.
The European Financial Seminar will give you the opportunity to:
• Develop your management and financial skills.
• Test yourself in an international business environment.
• Interact with fellow students and experienced P&G executives to solve the types of business challenges and management issues you would face when working in an international organization like Procter & Gamble.

For EFLS seminar there will be 1-2 participants from Balkans countries.

For students interested in technology and business we are organizing each year the international Information and Decision Solutions Challenge. This is an international seminar addressed to young students or Master students who aims to bring practical insights on how to combine business with elements of IT for increased efficiency.
The next IDS seminar will take place in April 2008 and will be in Prague, Czech Republic. The selection process has already started, and the application deadline is February 2008.
Agenda Highlights:
• Trainings and presentations on role of IDS in P&G, technologies and trends, strategic planning, team effectiveness, organization assessment & design principles, order shipping & billing cycle, sales, project management, presentation skills, application life-cycle, leadership.
• Business Cases on strategic planning, web based applications, infrastructure and technical mastery, deployment planning, project completion and service agreements.
• Evenings: social events with participants and the P&G top IDS leaders across regions.
• City tour.

For IDS Challenge there will be 1-2 participants from Balkans countries.

Frequently Asked Questions

In which country should I apply?
In the country of your citizenship. All countries in Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa have local organizations that help with the recruiting of the event. You have to apply in the country where you live, independent of your nationality

I have already graduated, can I still join?
No, the course is meant for students only. But you are more than welcome to apply for a full time job.

I am not in my final year, can I already join?
Yes, the course is open for students who are 1-2 years from graduation.

What will it cost me?
Nothing, just time. P&G will take care of all travel and accommodation costs.

How often is the event organized?
Once a year.

What is expected from me during the event?
First of all, we expect you to actively participate and have a lot of fun working with fellow students and with the organizing team. During the week, you will work intensively on solving case studies. You will receive the necessary training to accomplish your task and present your work.

I need a visa to travel to the course location, what should I do?
Your recruiting manager in P&G will provide the necessary help to have the visa issued for you. This should not be an issue for any participant.

Is this a recruiting event?
No. The objective of this seminar event is to give you a perspective on company like P&G.

What is the deadline to apply?
For IDS seminar it’s February 11, 2008, for European Financial Seminar it’s February 24, 2008, for P&G Business Week it’s February 26, 2008.

What is the selection process?
The selection process will be identical to that for internship applications:
Online application, online (eliminatory) test, Problem Solving Test, 2-3 interviews with P&G managers.

Kakva je procedura?
Moramo li se prvo prijaviti za seminare na oficijelnom sajtu ili se moze doci na to testiranje i bez nekakvog posebnog prijavljivanja?

Izvinjavam se što kasnim sa odgovorom. Testiranje je odgođeno, zbog situacije u Srbiji, jer su u to vreme bili organizovani protesti. Testiranje će naknadno biti održano, i bićete obavešteni.
